Unreliable On-line Service

I placed an order on Pick 'n Pay online on Saturday 3 March to be delivered on Wednesday 7 March between 11 am and 12 pm. I received a call round 12 to say the driver is delayed after which I responded to say it is fine as long as I receive the order before COB on said day. On 8 March I started phoning to find out when order will be delivered as not received yet - got told that it will be during course of morning. At 2 pm phoned again and got told that one of my bins were unpacked and order will now be delivered on Friday between 9 and 10 am. Surprise , phoned at 10 am on Friday - no order yet received. Got told told order will now be delivered on Saturday between 9am and 10 am. Explained to the call centre person that if my order, which is now 48 hours late will not be delivered on Friday , I want the order cancelled and my money deposited back into my account. - Off course money deducted on Tuesday already. Lady assured me she will take care of it and I got the impression I will either hear from her later or at least get an e-mail re situation report. NOTHING Phoned again round 10 am on Saturday morning - to be told that my order has not been packed. Made final cancellation on order and asked money back. Wonder what I am going to have to put up to get my money back after the waste of time. Pick 'n Pay, do not promise a service you can't deliver.
