Unreliable and Rude Managers

PnP Hazel Park Managers are the most unreliable managers I have ever come across. Spoke to one of the managers (Rienier) there just before 1pm on the 7th of June about the Samp and Beans i had bought from the Deli and he promised to call back and its been 4 hours of waiting.

I then called again and the so-called receiving manager answered the phone. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager and I told her I called earlier and i spoke to a man she said well i picked up cause no one was answering, when i told her the reason i was calling again she said let me hang up and maybe the man will answer just as i was about to respond to her SHE HUNG UP IN MY EAR. WOW.

Some customer service we have in PnP. To think I am at this store ever week.
