Unreliable and Disappointing Service

I have just created an account to post this review, this might indicate my level of disappointment.

I regret to say that my experiences with the Pnp ASAP app have been nothing short of disappointing. Their delivery service has consistently failed to meet promised timelines and has displayed a complete lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns.

On September 29, 2023, I placed an order at 5:45 PM with a promised delivery window of 19:00 to 19:30 PM. Shockingly, the order never arrived, leaving me without my groceries. To make matters worse, the app status remains stuck at "preparing order."

After speaking with customer service they told me that my order will be delivered tonight and that I would have to wait another 15-20 mins.

My advice to anyone is stay away from PnP ASAP! as they clearly don't care about you as the customer. Instead I will be using 6060 from now on. 6060 Delivers on their FIRST time window and they do it outstandingly.
