Unreliable

I have app**** for a store account on Monday, I have uploaded all the necessary documents and got approved. I haven't heard from PnP about the finalization of my application. Whenever I *** their number, I get told that my application is "waiting for finalization and that takes up to 2days". It's close to a week now, still waiting. I am deeply disappointed by PnP
