Unrefunded customer

It's almost a month still calling PnP for my refund. Can someone help me with this matter. Each and every person I find on the phone tells me "they will escalate" since 28August2025 no refund I must do all these long calls to get my money back 😡😡 I'm so disappointed with PnP management I even lost count how many people I spoke to. Another one asked for my bank statement on Saturday to see if really I didn't get the funds back. Today also I did the call to see what she did since I spoke to her as the investigation is starting over again. The lady I got today also says she will escalate...Untill when must I call PnP for my money!!!!? It's really tiring imagine how much of airtime I've used on long calls so far mxm.
