Unreasonable starter pack

I have been to Pick n Pay Hyper Durban North on 10 of December.

I purchased two cell phones.

I am looking at my reciept. I see that I have been charged R3.99 for each starter pack that came with the phone.

They are ordinary Vodacom starter packs worth 50 cents.

These starter packs come free when buying a phone.

The teller at the cellular counter didn't even ask me if I want to buy the starter packs. She just charged me for it.

I don't know how many customers she has done this to.

I thought it was free as it should be.
