Unreasonable management at pick n pay allens nek new branch

My mother inlaw bought my son pj"s for his birthday, as we arrived back at her home after paying a Bolt to take us there and back, we realized the security tag was still on the pj's, we called in to complain about it. The manager said we will have to go back and then they can take the tag off. Problem is we don't have a vehicle and using Bolt to travel. We went back to pick n pay to get it removed and asked if the manager can compensate for the Bolt fee or give a complimentary pair of socks. She refused to compensate or to apologize for the inconvenience. My mother will not buy from them again because of the experience and how it was handled without care.
