Unreasonable Lazy Lying Branch Manager

Last Night After work I rushed through traffic knowing that this particular pharmacy closes at 6pm (Mon-Thurs). I made it to the store at 17h55 to find closed doors and computers turned off. The Manageress then fed me a ridiculous story that the PCs were off (they were not, all screens on, requiring user names and passwords only.) The Cashier was still helping clients inside the store so she hadn't cashed up yet. Now here I sit. Acute Sino-Bronchitis, no medicine and I'm extremely unhappy... The PNP group has just lost a customer. Next time ill spend my money somewhere where I'm valued. Pick n Pay Steeldale would let you die so they can duck out 5 minutes early. Completely Unacceptable. Especially in an industry where a little bit of compassion should be a freaking Job Requirement.
