Unreasonable charges - groceries delivery

2 May 2020 I ordered groceries from Pic n Pay Dorandia having been introduced to the delivery facility by a neighbor opposite us. She paid R70 delivery which was slightly more that what we would pay for Makro 7,9km away (R50) but for convenience sake, I was willing to pay the extra. However, when the delivery was made ( very promptly, I must commend) I realized I had been charged double (R150) for the same distance (4.1km) as our neighbor ( the lady who took our order had promised to get back with delivery charges but stressed it is per distance, she never got back and I assumed it is the same as my neighbor) I emailed the store back , instead of a response to my query, I got a call confirming another duplicate order, they had simply neglected my concern and instead looked at the original shopping list to make another transaction. While the service is quite convenient, the inconsistency and apparent manipulation of the current Covid19 crisis to overcharge clients leaves a very unpleasant impression of the grocery store. The fact that no body called to address my query shows what is obviously more important to them, profit , at all cost. My invoice was R1700+ which should be good support to the business
