unprofessional,rude store manager @Pick and Pay Hyper South

Arising from a previous bad shopping experience at Pick and Pay Arbor Crossing,Amanzimtoti,KZN,related to ********* conduct and poor management skills of a manager regarding the store selling discoloured and decaying(rotting) mushrooms to the public, which poses a health risk to the well being and health of the consumer,it is shocking that the same store has further frustrated me in that its store manager has overreached and acted outside his powers and refused to comply with a business decision from his support regional head office kzn to make correct(apologise) and offer me good quality mushrooms at no charge to myself.The store manager wasted my time and inconvenienced me again...especially my energy and transport costs and my health(diabetic) and my credibility in that I had reasonable expectations to take home good quality mushrooms to the family.This store manager is not a fit and proper individual to manage a PnP hyper store in the context of my complaint and in my opinion is allegedly being insubordinate to his executive management.He further brings PnP into disrepute because he is being subjective and not objective(consider the merits and the facts) in his approach to my complaint.This Manager is in violations of my constitutional right to dignity and to treat me fairly and with equality.Furthermore he has violated my right to redress as provided for in the consumer protection act.This defiant and uncooperative PnP store manager must be dealt with at the highest levels at PnP executive management as I am a sentient human being and do not desire to be treated like a sub standard human being.It is my opinion he is acting arbitrarily and capriciously in the context of my complaint and attempted resolution thereof; and has no respect and regard for the Consumer Protection Act. which is to protect the interest of all consumers especially the previously disadvantaged persons and ensure efficient redress for consumers who are abused and exploited in the marketplace. My complaint thus remains unresolved and should be further investigated and appropriate action should be considered.
