Unprofessionalism and lack of customer service at Pick n Pay
I went to Pick n Pay in King William's town to purchase some groceries using tuyu y code to pay and then the cashier told me that the slip cannot be printed , let's try again the transaction but when I checked my balance an amount of R355.02 was gone and they took the groceries telling me that the money will be reversed back to me. I left the store as they didn't even bother taking my details or contact number for apologizing to me for inconvenience, up until today they haven't reversed my money and I see them as ****** and the managers there are very unprofessional, I will have to sue Pick n Pay for my money if it's not reversed until Monday. The worst part is standing there when they tried to resolve the issue and not even offering me a chair to sit whereas I am pregnant.
