Unprofessionalism

The worst experience ever today where a manager was shouting at a cashier for a mistake she made in front of us it was very unprofessional and very demeaning.

She was trying to satisfy both customers at the same time to save on time and the manager shouted at her for that mistake infront of us its inhuman and maybe doesnt even adhere to your values as pick n pay if this is what management is towards staff how are others under the pyramid being treated by management her name is Tsakani pick n pay Meadowlands (Meadow point).

She needs to be reprimanded.
