Unprofessional staff including Management

I am so so disappointed at how I was treated by the manager at Pick ‘n Pay store in Ashton manor glenmarais Kemptonpark. This is a behaviour I see consistently I knock of late so get bread there at 19: 50 pm tonight the security closed the door at 19:55 and when I ask why am I being locked out 5 mins prior to shop closing he was so so rude and condescending says to me , my Manager says I must close when I tell him I’d report him says you can go ahead , kept asking for the manager and he refused to call the manager , it is so heartbreaking and really sad that a customer can be treated this way.
