UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I ordered on pick n pay asap on Tuesday and my order was not delivered, i alerted the store about it [Douglas dale] about and they said my money will be deposited in my wallet. 2 days later my money hasnt been deposited. I have made calls and sent numerous email but i still have not been helped.
