Unprofessional service

I waited 45 minutes on the line going to the tellers and the were only 3 tills open. One till which is no7 non pick 'n pay staff were not following the line but they were serviced first. Pick' n Pay KwaMnyandu Mall doesn't care about their customers only their friends and family are important than us customers.
