Unprofessional establishment

I went to Pick n pay Bloemgate in Bloemfontein to withdraw money sent via pick n pay an amount of R500. I was told there is no money the time was 10:33.

I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same story only when I start questioning him did he come up with a solution for me.

I'm very disappointed in the level of service that you guys provide, the store not having money shouldn't inconvenience your customers. Why are solutions only coming when I speak of the consumer Acts.
