Unprofessional behaviour, shouting at customers

Hello . I would like to put a complain for pick n pay menyl Maine .

I went there to buy the burger Friday , when I got there the the lady at the till said the smart shopper is not working, she called for a void .

A certain lady by the name of Thabi came to the till , with a basket , she took all the stuff and started shouting at me “ I asked her why are you taking my things “ why don’t you try again “ no we are not trying again here , your smart shopper is declining , I tried explaining that I use the same smart shopper and I do have an FNB account , she now started shouting that “ you did you register and people are waiting we have to move , I did address her that I do not like how she is speaking to me , why is she shouting at me , why can’t she address me properly.

Please talk to your staff , she did not even want to know if I want to pay them with the amount given to me or not she just took back the stuffs I wanted to buy .

And this is not the first incident with her.
