Unprofessional behavior of the manager hot foods

Today I had an experience that I never expected at Pick n Pay BRACKENHURST. I went to the shop to do shopping for the family and was very disappointed at the service received from one Chantel at hot foods, apparently she is responsible or manages hot foods section. I wanted to order a hot platter for the family and was told to wait for her to place my order. When she came, she responded by saying that, the store does not do platters because gatherings are banned, to make matters worse she was not addressing me but left me standing there. I did not understand the logic behind her statement and don't understand why she was under the impression that I was having a gathering, not that it is any of her business as all I wanted was to buy food. I only needed one platter for my family, but the attitude and service was very bad. I left the store and drove to Mulberton Pick n Pay and I was able to place an order for the platter. I then enquired about what I was told at BRACKENHURST and they did not know anything about that. I don't want to assume anything other than just being unprofessional as a reason for this treatment .
