unprofessional and unhelpful
I just called the customer services and been put on pillar to post. and then been cut off. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. It cost e airtime to call. When I m being transferred it gets cut off. Also at times I am on hold next moment I am with someone else. I am not getting the help that I require.
