Unprofessional and unfriendly staff

Most unprofessional and unfriendly staff at Pick n Pay Liquor at Mall @ Reds in Centurion. Went to get a bottle of wine and the price displayed was less than what they charged me for it. I disputed the price and the teller got another staff member to help give me a refund of the excess. Got the refund. But the two staff ladies were unapologetic and did not smile at all from the start. Neither of them said sorry and honestly and little apology goes a long way. They were talking among themselves in their own language from the outset which is fine but not when you're in the customer service business and supposed to treat your customers with the utmost respect as the customers are the ones who make the business profitable. Absolutely horrified by the experience at this store and definitely not going back there. I would much rather go to the Checkers liquor store across the road where the staff is always friendly and happy to assist. Very disappointed at this specific store. This is the first and only pick and pay liquor store that I have a terrible impression of. The current staff is certainly letting the brand down.
