Unprofessional and undermining behaviour by staff.

I bought a Magnum and two slabs of chocolates, both of which were selling at discounted prices on the shelves, respectively. I stood there at the till like someone who had filled up the basket with over-excitement, waiting for the supervisor to correct the error. I was attended to without any sense of urgency from the responsible personnel. The supervisor kept making up excuses for errors, forgetting about the scan right policy that she obviously thought I knew nothing about. My wife and I received the same disgusting attitude on Saturday, after enquiring about the price difference on the the shelves and the till.
