Unprofessional and rude cashier

Unpleasant experience with the cashier at Pick n pay the Falls and seemingly rude and shouting at me because I didn't hear her saying next .this was uncalled for..do better as you representing the shop..am having an issue with my ears and throat.. and couldn't hear properly.. I also forgot my pin ...please be kind and bear with Neurodiverse people..we are also human
