Unprofessional and poor service

Pick n pay hyper in Woodmead 🗑🗑

I was assisted by Ziyanda Mhloli , the service I got from her was unpleasant, first of all she was slouching on her chair you could see her feet outside of her til I noticed them because I wanted to pass my trolley but I couldn’t. Secondly she didn’t even greet I greeted her but she didn’t respond , she proceeded scanning my items and only told me to give her 1 box of milk. Thirdly she throw the plastic onto my items and I had to pack them myself (that is not an issue). Fourthly she was talking to her friend next to her she wasn’t even paying attention, both of them they did not pay attention because the friend forgot to ask the customer on time if he had a smart shopper , when the client asked her if she can scan it she said it was too late already because she concluded with the transaction on her side.

I know we are all tired but can we show some level of professionalism to all the customers.
