Unprofessional and lack of response

I am an extremely unhappy client of Both Picks n Pay and BP.

I registered for the Car Promotion and went out of my way from the Beginning of May as I wanted to get a car for my 4 year old daughter.

I was not receiving the SMS’s and when I went to a BP to complain they checked my Phone and saw I was registered correctly, However I am told I was not. After the complaint, the SMS’s magically appear, but I still need one more to receive a car, but I am now told the campaign has been completed.

In my opinion, Pick n Pay and BP owes me two cars and I would like them. I can provide evidence substantiating the visits to BP during the campaign. The issue was between BP and Pick n Pay and I don ‘t see why a 4 year old girl should be short changed
