What kind of delivery service is this??

I had to call him. Wait in the cold for 40 minutes Walk to another place to fetch my food While waiting for him after calling with my airtime over and over to know where he is HE WANTS TO TAKE MY FOOD BACK TO THE STORE @ 17:00 AND WE ALL KNOW THE STORE IS CLOSED AT 5 Horrible service completely

First and foremost I placed an order at 3 on the ASAP app, however it made no progress for a whole hour.. Also not delivered at the estimated delivery time. I sent an email to asap support to see my order is on delivery within 10minutes Than when the order was placed for delivery the driver gave me a miss call at 16:21, I called him back where he informed me that he is on his way I need to wait outside for him he is close. At 16:33 I called him again when he told me he is 5minutes away, still waiting outside looking to see if I see the driver.

However to call him again 16:44 when he told me that he already passed me and did not see me anywhere(I've been standing outside since 16:22).

Than he informs me that he is waiting 750METERS away (at Spar) from where I live. and "he cannot come to me because his phone will get ******" when I told him I'm not walking there he told me to go to Lantana Street 450m away from where I stay.

(NOW IF I WANTED TO I COULD HAVE WALKED TO SPAR AND BOUGHT MY GROCERIES THERE, BECAUSE I DO WHEN I WANT TO)

We than decide that I will wait at Magnolia school for this driver for him to even never come to the school and lying that he is at magnolia school and maybe got lost than telling me he will take the food back to the store at 5 o clock on Sunday. For 5 bags of groceries

WHY do I select delivery while still having to walk 300meters to fetch my food??? Having to carry 5bags of groceries for 300 meters and a box of milk.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Now the thing is I've been waiting and standing in the cold with my phone in my hand and calling this driver over and OVER FOR 40 MINUTES for him to tell me he is going back to the shop with my food, while telling me he is in magnolia street and I wait for him at magnolia school gate (300 meters away from where I live) than telling me to stay on the phone he will try to find me, driving for a bit and then saying he got lost and than informs me he will take my groceries back to the store at 5.
