Unprofessional and frustrating

Good day,

The previous query loaded has still not been resolved and we are now in week 3 since I submitted my query. I have been sent from pillar to post and every time Pick ‘n Pay sends communication they indicate that the query has been resolved which is not a true reflection of what is happening in the background. An incorrect amount has been refunded yet again and to my surprise the order I am querying has now been completely removed from my asap account.

Why is it taking almost 3 weeks to resolve one issue? This is highly frustrating as when they do resolve it I may need to wait another week for the money to be refunded back into my account.
