Unprofessional and abusive management

In your Robertson store a manager spent nearly half an hour having a disciplinary and performance related discussion with a staff member on full view of shoppers.

This kind of public humiliation is unprofessional and quite possibly a result of prejudice.

When I addressed the manager about it they merely brushes me off and continued regardless. Other shoppers were also commenting on this behaviour but did not feel as confident in approaching the manager as I did.

A few shoppers mentioned to me in the checkout that they avoid this store as a result of these kinds of issues and it is a frequent occurrence. I found myself panicked and feeling horrible for the staff member in question and will avoid shopping there where possible in future.
