Unprofessional

I am extremely unhappy with the driver who came to deliver my order. He was very unfriendly and extremely rude throughout the delivery. What concerned me even more was that he was unapologetic about driving without a valid driver’s licence. When I questioned him about it, he said that he had forgotten his licence. I also had to walk a very long distance to the gate to collect my order. When I place an order, I do so for the convenience of having it delivered to me, so I do not appreciate being made to walk such a long distance because of the driver’s circumstances. I am very disappointed with the behaviour and attitude I experienced and do not feel that this was acceptable. I expect drivers to be professional, respectful and honest when dealing with customers.
