Unprofessional
The Panorama branch in Cape Town is severe lacking in all respects. The hygiene is a problem as the store has a nasty smell and is generally so untidy. The bakery as flies stuck on the trays and glass. The vegetables look not so fresh. The staff are so unprofessional. They would rather continue their conversations than attend to the staff. And what is up with the general placement of products. It looks very congested and ugly.
