Unpleasant Service at Pick n Pay Auckland Park Campus SQ
Shop on Sunday 22/08/2021 @ PnP Auckland Park Campus SQ. Cashier scanned 5 boxes of frozen pasta instead of 4. Overcharged . Returned to the store and i was treated like a total fool by the staff at the till in the presence of other customers. The supervisor left a lot to be desired. I have informed management. Unpleasant level of service especially being a loyal customer. I do not even have the desire to continue shopping at that particular store. The supervisor uttered "You will wait". She continued to utter unpleasant remarks instead of trying to assist me. Another staff member had to assist me eventually. I am just shocked and disgusted. Husain

Call reference ***, has not been completed. I have not have any feedback response from the PnP Auckland Park management team to date. This is highly disappointing. I guess i should just call it quits and stop shopping at your store.
