Unpleasant expience

Today was my thirt bad experience at Pick ' Pay Ilanga in Nelspruit. Today I wanted to buy a roast chicken. I went to the counter and the man behind the counter was helping two people at my right. I waited almost 7 minutes to be served. Next to me came an old man who wanted to buy pies. He left and came back and I was still waiting. After a while a lady came to the old man to serve him. He said to her that I was first and waiting for a long time. She then asked me (highly irritated) what I was looking for and I said a whole roast chicken on which she rep****, then go to the Q. I asked her which Q as the other people on my right was helped by die man behind the counter and there was no Q-sign at all. I was standing in front of the whole chicken, as we normally do at these counters. The utterly rudeness of this lady (and previous ladies at this same store) is totally unacceptable and uncalled for.
