Unpleasant experience

During lunch time, i went to Pick n Pay at North Cape Mall. It offers the service of grilling meat for you. I bought meat and waited 40 minutes for the one in charge to come braai meat as he could not found anywhere in the shop.

When he decided to show it took him another 40 minutes to braai two pieces of short ribs, unbothered about how long I have been waiting

I did not even enjoy the meat and the whole experience was unpleasant

Is it really the culture of Pick n pay North Cape Mall?
