Uninspired by poor customer service

It has been more than a week since I last posted on Hellopeter regarding defected shoes I bought. As requested I did send in an email to customer care with the product number. The only acknowledgment was the automated response. If this is Pick and Pay's attitude towards resolving complaints or care for their customers, I will never support them again, finish and Klaar.
