Unilever voucher

Midway crossing shopping center just opened up in newlands Durban

I went in to pick n pay because I had a R300 unilever voucher

I purchased all my products which came to R415 The cashier app**** the R300 voucher which left my total at R115 which I wanted to pay cash

The cashier called her supervisor for assistance And we ended up in customer service which was no help

The lady in customer service told me that they no longer use the printed unilever voucher and that we needed a digital voucher

But it clearly said voucher and had a voucher number And the voucher went though on the system

Over 20 minutes passed and I had to pay the whole amount of R415 because I didn’t have a choice I had baby products that I needed for my 6months baby

I’m very disappointed at pick n pay and unilever because I’ve had vouchers before and this never happened If shoprite is willing to take it what is the difference

At the end of the day this is a pick n pay and unilever problem not the customer

You need better staff that actually has customer service experience and that has a better understanding of the English language or hire me I have 5 years of customer service experience from food *****s market and cellc ...

Please give me feedback Regards Azaria pillay
