Unhygienic Food

On Saturday the 16th of January 2016 in the morning at 09:15 AM I went to purchase tripe of which I found foreign plastic substance. I asked to speak to the manager about this issue but instead I was assisted by the Assistance Manager by the name of Mzwandile. I explained to him that this has not been the first time I found this foreign substance of which he apologized and told me this was the first time he has seen this and will do an investigation then get back to me on the matter. On Monday he forwarded me the email he had sent out to his suppliers for the tripe. In that email he states to the suppliers that he has mentioned this before about customer complaining of the product. What makes me angry is that he told me he did not know of this foreign substance yet in the email he stated that several customers have complained previously but this matter is not taken seriously since it is a health hazard. As a customer I feel that my health is taken for granted and I have been loyal to Pick N Pay to trust them with the food they give out to their customers. I am highly disappointed with the fact that the manger on duty **** to face while he puts my life in danger.
