Unhygienic, fly ridden store

My mother had visited the Scottburgh branch last month, she noticed a few flies in the bakery area. They weren't just flying around, they were sitting on the baked goods. She requested to speak to the manager who was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. When she explained the terrible sight, the manager then tells her that there's nothing that he can do about the flies, they are everywhere. She then asked him if he had not considered a way to get rid of these flies as it is extremely unhygienic, he rep**** saying that the department of health is aware of this problem and they are fine with it, furthermore he had the audacity to say that everyone had flies, we all even have them in our houses. (he should not be so presumptuous as to think that everyone lives in the same filth, as the store which he runs)

My mother then left and walked across the mall to the Food *****s Market, which has an open area for their baked goods, there isn't even glass covering anything, yet there is NOT a single fly in sight and they have citronella candles to prevent any unwanted creatures. How is it that 2 supermarkets have such different standards of hygiene and why is the manager so unapologetic. His lack of concern for the health of his customers, is quite alarming
