Unhygienic

Driving to paarl from Cape Town evey morning stopping at various coffee joints this was by far the worst. Ordering 2 coffees on the morning of 20 August 2024 at about 8am I was greeted politely by friendly staff. Receiving my coffee i address the issue of a dirty spilled lid and requested a new one to my surprise got an unruly and sarcastic answer. Replacing the lid and closing it flat (palm)oily hand no glove unhygienic. Making me a **** I kept and kept my cool and walked off and left it. But to my surprise my colleague went in and ask for more sugar and the elderly lady response was let me help you because I just had a difficult customer. This is not the way to treat people never mind there appearances customer service is important and I think the staff should be addressed on the PR skills. EVERYONE is equal
