Unhelpfull Staff

I went today to Pick & Pay the Grove Mall. I was standing nearly for 5 min at the cold meat dept without anyone there to assist. I walk to the Fruit & Veg dept where I found Thabiso playing on the phone. I have ask him if there is anyone maybe to assist me since I am standing there without anyone even coming. He did not even lift up his head, just played on the phone and answered me go to the hot food dept. When i got to the hot food dept, I have asked the lady, she said she does not work there and don't know the codes. Very slowly we walk to the Cold meat dept. While we are walking there she screams at Thabiso to ask the code for the Cold meat. I have asked her why when i have asked him if there is some-one that can assist i send me to the hot food dept, while she herself have to ask him for the code. She answered me because their don't work in that dept, but he screams the code back to her and she helped me with the cold meat?
