Unhelpful staff

PicknPay Douglasdale, not allowed to pay for my 1 item at the cigarette counter like most other PicknPays. It is the first time I have heard of this rule. Staff unhelpful, even manager didnt even try to assist or resolve just said use queue 16 for 10 or less items
