Unhelpful staff

I recently visited the Pick 'n Pay store at Cedar Square. I made a purchase at requested to draw cash at the till - a service that is said to be provided. No signs were displayed that they were low on cash or that the service was not available. The cashier went to every other till asking if they had money (this was for a small sum of R300). Each of them responded that there was no cash despite me being able to see it each time a till was opened. I was patient given that the cashiers may be required to hold a certain amount. The cashier asked at the Kiosk and received the same response. A more senior staff member approached and provided me with a R200 and R100 note. I said thank you and asked if they had any change and the response was no. I then approached the kiosk as the cashier had countless R50 notes in her hand. I politely asked if she would provide me with change and her response was that she did not have any. I may not have stormed out of the store if an explanation had been provided but the unhelpful, dismissive, disgusting attitude of the staff member set me off. I implore the management of the Cedar Square branch to insist on good manners from their staff as the treatment customers receive is unacceptable. I am very discouraged from shopping there in future.
