UNHELPFUL PICK N PAY CLOTHING STORE AT FOURWAYS CROSSING, JOHANNESBURG.

My wife and daughter bought me a pair of shorts as a gift at Pick n Pay Fourways crossing, Johannesburg, clothing store. The size was XL and my size is XXL. I went there to change the shorts, a lady in the store helped me find a XXL pair, she directed me to the tills, I stood in a que, an till attended read the barcode of the XL pair, did everything necessary, a store manageress came and helped him on the till, i think her name was Tebogo. All done , the till attendant then proceeded to place my bag with the XXL shorts in front of me & then said, because I do not have a till slip ( the smaller shorts were never used, the tags were still attached to them & my wife said that I could change the shorts at any Pick n pay, I went to the one where they bought the shorts) I will have to purchase something for R40, I said that I never shop for clothes, do not know what to buy, my wife can buy when she returns from Cape Town? the manageress just stood there and did not say a word, the till attendant then offered to give me R40 airtime, I said that I have a contract & do not need airtime. I told them that on principle I will never buy at Pick N Pay clothing stores, that they did all the sacaaning etc & only at the end said that I had to purchase something for R40 because of no receipt. NO WAY WILL I EVER BUY AT PICK N PAY CLOTHING STORES & ALSO TELL ALL THAT I COME ACROSS HOW UNHELPFUL THEY WERE.
