Unhelpful Pick n Pay cashier

<p>I walked into the shop (picknPay Steeldale) and went the lotto counter when I asked the lady to help me she held my ticket and said I should go to where I bought the ticket from. With an attitude. I told her that the ticket can be checked at pick n pay as well . Then I asked her to tilt the machine so that I can show her where to punch in the lotto serial numbers. Since she clearly did not know how to check the ticket. She then blatently called a ***** and accused me of being a *****. She said I want to ***** her money. I then went to her manager who came and she was so rude to her manager as well. Telling the manager that she knows and telling him that I am a ***** . I was so embarrassed by the whole encounter of being called a ***** when I am customer requesting for service.I kindly asked for my ticket and walked away. But that attitude and kind of customer service I have never seen it . I then went to alberton pick n pay I got the service immediately and I was assisted with no hustle. This cashier should be dealt with or the shop is gonna loose customers. Her name is Octavia she has a bad attitude and has no business dealing with clients with the type of service she renders.</p>
