Unhelpful cashiet

I went to pick n pay bonaero park to purchase a few things and I paid at the kiosk, while I was paying the cashier was busy talking to her colleagues she didn't bother to even pack after making payment she left and and carried on with other things and left me packing. I was not impressed, pick n pay gives good service I wonder what's happening with this store.
