Unhappy with the online service ..asap app it's a no from me

I am absolutely disappointed with the repeat lack of service from the Pick n Pay asap app...Christmas eve they did not deliver my ice-cream I had to go after work to fight for my ice-cream ...eventually I got it.Today I ordered baguette rolls and they were not delivered ,I called in only to find out they were out of stock... which costed airtime to enquire.I must now wait up to 10 days for my refund. I had to make a special trip to Checkers to buy my rolls.Very very disappointing.You should upgrade your system so that your customers are not inconvenienced...very unhappy customer
