Unhappy with the Manager update

I was not pleased at all with the update I got from the Manager at Pick Pay Sloan Bryanston.

It was only based on argument other than understanding my consent for future refence. Insisting this was between customer to customer but it occurs in one of Pick n Pay Store.

eg: If some one collapse inside the store manager get call "His response would be this a personal matter there's nothing with can do" while this happen in the premises that he suppose to look after in making sure all is order customer or not.
