Unhappy with Service at Pick n Pay

Covid Protocols, Service and Management unacceptable and appalling Pick n Pay , North Beach, Durban. Covid protocols not followed, Store managers unconcerned and slack when issues are raised. Unfriendly enviroment, long queues, never fully stocked with variety of items. Complaint was laid with customer service twice ( Ref No:***) was told I would be sent an email to confirm the complain. Its been over 2 weeks and still no feedback. This is shocking service even from customer service. Ive been a customer for 20 years at this store but this is the final straw. Spar down the road would be my store which always functions 100%.
