Unhappy with Pick n Pay Online's service

Yesterday, I received a delivery for a large online order of groceries. When I realised a product (I had ordered and been billed for 10 eaches) was not included in the delivered items, I phoned the online shopping number this morning and reported it. I was informed that I would be refunded for the items not delivered. I requested that the consultant speak to a manager because Pick n Pay was at fault and I felt it unfair snd unprofessional that I be inconvenienced by having to go and purchase the items when I had specifically done an online order for the convenience. I was subsequently informed by the consultant that Pick n Pay does not deliver for orders less than R500. I informed the consultant that I am very unhappy with this. It was Pick n Pay's error and I feel they should pick up the slack. A tip, Pick n Pay, other online suppliers and even other businesses in general who make errors pick up the slack and make it right for the consumer. I'd rather switch to another online grocery supplier with better customer service!

Good day, thank you for your reply. You have my permission to share my details with the store concerned. I requested the online orders consultant that PicknPay deliver the 10 Futurelife protein bars at their expense, as it was their error that they were not included in the order and I feel unprofessional for them to simply reimburse me the money. Many thanks, Tarryn
