Unhappy PnP client

I went to PnP Southgate I had already bought stuff from other stores, but there was a lot that I still wanted to buy from them. The parcel counter was not willing to assist. She complained on my face that we but from other stores and come and trouble them. They can only take 3 trollies not more. I fully understand that but her attitude she didn't show any sign of help but actually she didn't care. I left without buying and went to o Woolworths they allowed me in with my trolley and I ended up spending -+ R900. Date of incident 27 Feb 2021
