Unhappy customer with Pick n Pay

i ordered things from Pick n Pay app on saturday 24/12/22. Wrong things were delivered to my house and none of the items delivered is what i requested I called them to place my complain, they promised to send a driver to pickup the wrong delivery and bring my correct items upon collection Its more than 3 days now waiting for my delivery and payment has been processed but no stuff When I call to make follow up, im always told the driver has been dispatched to collect and bring my stuff. i have more than 3 references provided toe when complaining and nothing is yielding any results. I use my own airtime to call them and hold for long to be assisted and even when you are being assisted it takes long providing them with the verification process Their service is very bad, even their agents are bad promising lies
