Unhappy Customer - specials not valid!!! - Bad service from staff and managers

Im really not impress with the managers and customer service from pnp, the specials with the pamper value pack, there has been no stock period since Friday and only various stores are giving rainchecks under manager discretion whereas other stores are advising its no there issue if there isnt stock and will not provide customers with a raincheck, The manager at Rosmead told me its my duty to come complain to him after i was advised i will not get a raincheck then maybe he would of approved 1.What type of business process are you following, Kenilworth staff advised me to go to customer service to get a raincheck as they have no stock when i got to the service desk i was told no raincheck and they dont know why the staff advised me to come to them.This is very unprofessional, is staff and managers not following the same process.I have lodged a complaint with LiezelDupreez and im still awaiting feedback!!! FYI- i called N1 city they advised they giving rainchecks and this is not the customer fault.I called waterfront,sea point,n1,parow,ottery hyper,claremonth all no stock.Then visited branches
